Let’s Work Together

Individual Coaching
Leveraging Strengths to Catapult You Forward
Explore your unique goals. Whether that’s working through a challenge, focusing on achieving something new, or just fine-tuning certain aspects of your life–this experience could be for you. Leveraging your existing strengths we will use your talents to catapult you forward. This coaching can focus on your personal, or professional life.

Manager Development
Managing Through the Layers & Empowering Your Direct Reports
Being a manager is challenging work, but when growing your manager techniques means that you (and your team) will work efficiently, feel more empowered, and have increased likelihood of reaching, or exceeding, your goals. We’ll dig into your leadership style and how that plays a role in your management strategy, assess where this is currently working (or not working) in your team, and try on new moves to help you support your team towards success. This experience can work for sets of managers or an individual manager. You can be managing a whole team, or one person–the strategies can apply to any person needing a management tune up.

Team Strategy
Planning, Building & Maintaining Exceptional Culture
Welcoming and inclusive culture requires strategy. Whether we plan for it or not, culture is always creating and molding into something (that can be positive or negative). “Strong” culture means different things to different people and organizations, but fundamentally should be grounded in inclusivity, empowerment, in the service of reaching goals/outcomes. This series works with managers first, then teams, to name and identify what they want their culture to be, create specific plans, rituals and systems to cultivate that culture, and structures to monitor and adjust when things are misaligned.
So how much does this all cost?
Learning shouldn’t be prohibited to individuals and organizations that have traditionally been able to afford this type of personalized learning. Jennifer will work with you to try to create plans that support your financial and budgetary restrictions (hourly rate, payment plans, etc). Schools and nonprofits (and their employees) directly serving low-income or BIPOC communities will have access to the lowest rates possible.
But wait, can all this be virtual?
Yes! Prior to COVID-19 Jennifer was running over 70% of her training in a virtual setting, so the switch to Zooming did not feel too much of a shock. Where others see hurdles in a virtual setting she sees opportunities to create intimacy and individualization that’s hard to do in a 9-5 setting. There is a great deal of flexibility in what this can look like for you and your team. If you’re interested in live training only we can still chat about what work could look like in the future.
